“I should go,” she said. It felt as if the temperature in the room had gone up at least 10 degrees and she saw that tell-tale mark flush of sexual excitement in his cheeks. She looked at the clock – it was past 5: 00 AM. They’d talked for hours, mostly about all their sexual kinks and desires.
He grabbed her wrist, preventing her from getting up. “I could spank you right now,” he offered, half- pulling her over his lap. She wriggled away from him and for a moment they were caught in an absurd tussle, and then a moment later she was up and away, feeling the heat in her face.
“I should go,” she repeated. “It’s so late . . .”
He got up with her and ran his hand along her back. “You could stay here,” he said. “I've got a big bed.” His face was close to hers, as if he’d kiss her if she gave him the slightest hint that she wanted him to. But she couldn't.
She’d thought about sleeping with him before – many times. She’d had quick fantasies about letting herself have a fling with him – why not? But she’d always decided it would be a bad idea. They were in different places in their lives, not a good mix for dating, and it seemed likely that things would get messy if they tried a fling. One of them would get attached – one of them would have different expectations of the relationship. It always happened that way. So she’d done the adult thing and continued to date other, more appropriate people.
Now… Now, he seemed to be offering her that no-strings attached relationship that she’d fantasized about indulging in with him. . . but with all this intense kink/group stuff attached. What would he expect of her? She felt like she was struggling to keep afloat in deep waters. She pulled away from him.
“I've gotta go to bed," she said. He put his hand on her waist, holding her in place.
